When you think Christmas, you think gingerbread, you think cranberry sauce. So here our take for a flavorful granola for these festive breakfasts.
250 g rolled oat
50 ml maple syrup
100 g dried cranberries
2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp ginger powder
Zest of an orange
Fresh seeds of a pomegranate to garnish
Preheat the oven to 200 c
Mix all the ingredients
Spread the mixture on a baking stray using non sticking baking paper
Bake for a bout 15/20 mins till golden brown
Let it cool down outside the oven
Your festive granola is ready, enjoy it with your choice of yogurt , top it with some dark chocolate lily pops and pomegranate seeds for more crunchiness.
