Oh Lily! is a pun around Oh la la! the famous French expression. We mix it with Lily from water lily seed , the main ingredient of our snacks.

WHY ARE WATER LILY SEEDS GOOD FOR ME?
Water lily seeds also known as makhana in India have been used for centuries in ayurveda medecine as they are a good source of iron, magnesium, protein, amino acids. Water lily seeds are naturally gluten free. At Oh Lily! we make our best to avoid cross contamination with gluten but for the moment we cannot guarantee that we are suitable for coeliacs.

Our savory recipes do not contain any allergens. Our sweet recipes contains soya lecithin (for the chocolate as an emulsiphier), we are working on becoming 100 % allergen free.

85 % of the world production of water lily seeds come from the North of India. Water lilies grow naturally in ponds in the state of Bihar where Lord Buddha appeared.
