MEDITATION: A SIMPLE TOOL WITH BIG EFFECTS!
When was the last time you paused and emptied your mind to refresh?

We take a shower daily to clean and refresh the body, but what about our mind?
WHAT IS MEDITATION?
Meditation is defined as a practice where an individual uses a technique to train attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Practicing meditation helps you become more conscious and aware of everything: Yourself, other people, your surroundings, the world around you: It opens your mind. It gives you space and separation from your thoughts which allows you to be in a clearer state of mind.
We are pulled away in many directions throughout the day and we just follow that rhythm unconsciously without noticing it sometimes. We just go on and on.
Meditation is a way to take the leadership back of our daily life. It is a tool to rejuvenate from the inside to help face the outside with more strength and awareness.
HERE HOW TO MEDITATE IN A SIMPLE WAY:
There are various ways of meditating, and we want to share with you one of its simplest forms, accessible to all, and that you can practice anywhere, anytime.
· Sit comfortably (we sit crossed leg, spine comfortably erected and palms resting on thighs)
· Close your eyes
· Concentrate on your breathing. Breathe calmly and deep and pay attention to the natural movement of your belly when exhaling and inhaling.
· Your mind will slowly calm and your thoughts will stop. If you feel your mind wanders, always focus on your breathing.
Start practicing for 5/10 mins and increase the length with time.
With practice you will feel the importance of that moment you are taking for yourself to go back inside. We could go on forever on the meditation subject, but meditation is something that you need to feel to understand its benefits.
