I have bought these Oh Lily! snacks a few times and keep going back for more as they're so delicious. It's great to have tasty and healthy snacks that I can turn to that have a satisfying crunch and are low calorie too. I especially love the cheezy vegan. Moreish healthy snacks!

I have ordered 15 times now, and have gone for the mixed option of 3 different flavours the last couple of times. As its winter, i have mixed all three together and added these to soups i get at work or elsewhere and they are a great addition. Im using them instead of meat (e.g. sausages), and they add nice texture and taste and make the soups a bit more interesting.
I will definitely carry on using the seeds.
