Thank you for your interest in LilyPop. These Terms and Conditions apply when you use this website and purchase any items from us. Please also read our Privacy and Cookies Policy which sets out how we collect, process and use your information.
The website www.lily-pop.co.uk (the “website”) is owned and operated by FromRootsToPlate Limited, trading as ‘LilyPop’ (“LilyPop”, or “we”, “us” or “our”). We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11239329), and our registered office and address for correspondence is: FromRootsToPlate Limited, 3 Rochester Place, London NW1 9ET.
By using our website and each time you place an order with us, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
We reserve the right, from time to time, with or without notice, to change these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion, and the latest version will appear on our website with the date that it was last updated. By using the service after any changes have been posted, you agree to the new terms.

Use of the Website
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO:
- Decline a new customer registration or suspend a customer's account at any time and at our sole discretion

Goods are subject to availability.
Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods within the times given on the site during the order process. which you have offered to purchase, we will let you know as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given. Note that during peak periods we have the right to extend normal lead times by 2 or 3 days, though this will be notified to you on the site.
Pricing, Description & Product Information
The prices which you must pay for the products that you order are set out on the website at the time you place your order, except where we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered. In this event, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. The prices quoted on this website apply only to products sold via this website.
Where the same products are available via another stockist different prices may apply. All prices are shown in £ sterling and include VAT where applicable. Although we will take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, images, details and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system, the information appearing on this website at any time may not reflect the exact position at the moment you place an order. All measurements and sizes are approximate, although we make every effort to ensure that they are as accurate as possible. There may also be variations in colour from the image shown online.
Placing an Order & Order Acceptance
The Order Acknowledgement email and order number are our confirmation of your order with us. Completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it. Our carrier will make every reasonable effort to contact you to make delivery, but, if they are unable to do so, then your order will be cancelled, and payment refunded to your card.
Orders and Contracts - Products and Box subscriptions may be ordered by clicking on the box or item you wish to purchase and then following the prompts that will appear on-screen. You may check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order to us by clicking the "Checkout" button on the checkout page.
Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a box subscription or product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We are not obliged to accept your order and may, in its discretion, decline to accept any order. Where we accept an order, it will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched.
Prices include VAT, and delivery costs (where applicable) will be added when you view the items in your shopping basket. Please see our FAQ for details of when delivery charges apply. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the confirmation email or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the order.
Consumer Rights and Cancellation - You may cancel your first order and receive a refund at any time before your order is delivered and up to fourteen days afterwards, beginning on the day after you receive the products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refund policy (see below).
To cancel your order, you must inform us by email, giving us your name, address and order reference. You must return the products to us within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation in the same condition in which you receive them and at your own cost and risk. We have the right to deduct from your refund amount any reduction in value of the products caused by your handling of the products beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
LilyPop refunds policy is: if you cancel an order within the fourteen-day cancellation period (see above), we will refund you as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen days of the day of our receipt of the returned products or (if earlier) the day you provide evidence of having sent the products back to us. We will refund the price of the products in full excluding the cost of delivery. We will refund the purchase price using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Dietary Information - The products included in our boxes and on our site, are made in the same environment as nuts, peanuts and sesame seeds and therefore we cannot guarantee that they are free from nut, peanuts or sesame seeds traces. The allergen information is available on the product pages or if you are unable to find it, you may email us at: email@example.com
Rolling Subscriptions - By purchasing a month to month subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive monthly periods, at the original subscription rate. Your credit card will be charged every month, 4 days prior to despatch. Any cancellations need to be done prior to midnight of the last day of the previous month to prevent the charge for that month.
To cancel your subscription at any time, you must logon to your account or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do it for you. The email should contain your membership details & confirmation that you wish to cancel. If emailing us, the cancellation must come from the email you use for the subscription service. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of the then-current month, however, your LilyPop benefits will cease at the point that you cancel. LilyPop may submit periodic charges (e.g. monthly) without further authorisation from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorisation or wish to change your payment method.
Multiple Month & Gift Subscriptions - For multiple month and gift subscriptions (3 month, 6 month and 12 month subscriptions), your subscription will not automatically renew after your then-current term expires
Each box subscription is for these purposes, a single order forming part of a regular delivery of goods, so you can only cancel a box subscription and receive a refund within 14 days of receiving your first monthly box. You can of course cancel your subscription at any time, but it is only if you do it within this initial 14 day period after your initial subscription that you will be entitled to a refund (as required by UK legislation known as the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).
Online Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Gift Cards are accepted online as a method of payment. To use your Gift Card online at www.lily-pop.co.uk simply enter the Gift Card code number at the checkout page to redeem the credit towards your purchase. Any balance remaining after your transaction will remain on the card.
The value on the Gift Card will expire if not used within 12 consecutive months from the date of purchase. Gift cards are exempt from all offers online and they cannot be discounted or used to purchase another Gift Card.
The Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card and cannot be exchanged for cash, returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. Gift Cards cannot be used for payment in in third party department stores or independent retail outlets.
A Gift Card is intended for your personal use and, as such, you are not entitled to sell, distribute or otherwise make any commercial use of your Gift Card. For the avoidance of doubt, this shall not prevent you from giving a Gift Card as a gift, provided that such gifting is not part of or connected to any commercial activity, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Payment must be made with a valid credit or debit card acceptable to us. Where you have input a different delivery address to registered card address we reserve the right to refuse the order where we suspect fraud or otherwise breaking these terms. You can register a new payment card at any time, but the card associated with a given order cannot be changed once you have checked out.
Provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products, ownership of an item will pass to you once we have delivered the item to you (either directly, or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour). When an item has been delivered, risk of damage to, or loss of, the item passes to you. For specific delivery options, including international order delivery, please read our delivery section.
Whilst we take every care to ensure that deliveries are protected to prevent damage in transit, we cannot guarantee that parcels being sent to areas outside of the European Union and mainland UK will arrive in perfect condition. Please note that working days for us are Monday - Friday and do not include English bank holidays.
Cancellations & Returns
This includes your right to cancel your order under the distance selling regulations. You will receive a full refund including the original postage and packaging for the order if the charge was levied with your original order and it is returned in full. If your order has already been dispatched please refer to our returns information. We hope you are happy with any product purchased, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so within 30 days of the dispatch date. It must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. We will refund the price or replace the product. Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. Other than for defective products, returns outside the timeframe set out above may be accepted at the sole discretion of LilyPop.

Refunds & Exchanges
All refunds will be made to the debit or credit card on which the original purchase was made, within 30 days of the cancellation of the order or return of the goods. In the event that LilyPop is unable to credit your original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternate method of refund. On faulty products, after the 14 day cancellation period. We also reserve the right to offer a replacement item of similar or equal value.
Promotions & Discounts
In order for a promotion or offer to be applied to your order, a valid promotion code must be entered into the promotion code box on the basket page. LilyPop cannot be held liable for not discounting the order if a valid code has not been entered. If placing an order by telephone you must quote the promotion code before placing your order. Promotions and promotion codes are subject to the terms and conditions specified by LilyPop at the point of purchase. Only one code can be used per order.
Please note: Discount codes will not apply to any existing offers or promotions.

You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the website without written permission from LilyPop.
This website and any software are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold LilyPop harmless from all liabilities, claims and expenses that arise out of the content you submit, post or transmit via the LilyPop website, or from your use/misuse of the website, or the use/misuse by any person for whom you are responsible or from your violation of the terms and conditions.
The contract between you and LilyPop under which you have made your purchases, it is agreed, shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, English law. The English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We always welcome feedback from our customers and, whilst we always use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that your experience as a customer of ours is a positive one, we nevertheless want to hear from you if you have any cause for complaint.
