|Elizabeth, the therapeutic yogi has been teaching yoga for more than 5 years and undertook her higher teacher training diploma with the British wheel of yoga; the highest awarding yoga qualification in the UK.|
How you will feel at the end of the re(treat) :

Invest in yourself & feel the bliss!
- What are the timings? We'll start at 7:00 am and finish around 4:30 pm with breaks in between
- What's the dress code? Come in your loungewear, the comfier the better
- What do I need to have at home? you would need a yoga mat (or a towel on a non-slippery surface, a laptop/ device with zoom for the retreat
- What do I need to cook? The list of simple ingredients will be provided in your goodie box, you would need a medium pot/pressure cooker
